Version 4.9.0 of Municipio includes some fixes for issues in previous releases. It aso brings a new major version of broken links checker, and the latest version of WordPress Core.

Municipio Theme (v5.64.4)

  • Multiple bugfixes to the menusystem. This improve rendering logic in edge cases and some specific configurations.
  • New rendering logic to make rendering of posts more future proof supporting the log term goal of rendering posts asynchronous.
  • Adds the ability to choose how remote content taxonomies should render (flat or hierarchical).
  • Adds the ability to place a login/logout component to all avabile headers.
  • Improvements of styling in PDF generation. Introduces rendering of module “notice” in PDF’s.
  • A fix for the previously released feature of globally disabling discussions in WordPress.
  • Update material icons to latest version (0.27.0) which introduces a new set of icons. Read the updates of this package here.
  • Only populate ACF Field Icon Selector when needed (in edit mode).
  • Adds a fix for validTrough date on job ads.
  • Introduces the ability to set width (default, wide, fullwidth) on headers.

Modularity (v6.45.0)

  • Adds the ability to filter lists in manual input in frontend.
  • The modal post type is now only registered when the modal module is active.
  • Utilizes the new posts render functionality from Munipio.
  • The menu module now fetches the description on menu items correctly.
  • The posts module cannot take values outside of the scope of 1 – 100 items (previous value -1 is no longer possible).
  • Fixes to the frontend editing feature in manual input module when in private mode.
  • Fixes a array merge on null issue in the menu module.

  • Prevents a fatal error in administration mode that was caused by using the blade engine incorrectly,

  • Static links can now be external. This also adds a icon to indicate that they lead somewhere else (PR by Michael Claesson @ Consid).
