Municipio 5.0.1

Version 5.0.1 is a patchrelease for version 5, fixing some minor issues that occured in the latest release. It also introduces a function to add global messages to the site, in selected positions.

• New Feature: Global Notices – Editors can now display notices as a toast, banner, or above content. These notices can be configured with display rules, such as only showing for logged-in users or appearing exclusively on the start page.
