Minor release: improves multilingual behavior in Municipio, refreshes design-builder and map-related UI behavior, and removes deprecated Navbar and Sidebar components from the Component Library and Styleguide. It also fixes event data handling, rendering cache issues, and event booking display, while tightening the OpenStreetMap module layout.
